"Life is not measured by the numbers of breaths you take, but the moments that take your breath away".
How many of us actually think about how life has been all our life and reflect on it? Has it been fulfilling? Have you actually realised some of your dreams? Met someone extraordinary? People often say that we cant turn the clock back. It is true. We cant turn the clock back, but we can wind it up. Some people chose to live in the past. Not that they want to, but some things just cant be forgotten. Memories and moments that are so dear to you, that leaves you smiling whenever you think about it, yet tearing at the same time.
In my life, I met a lot of individuals. There are some whom left me inspired, some whom I respect, some whom remain a constant source of support to me throughout the years, some whom I hate and one whom I loved with all my heart. Do you remember the breathtaking moments that define your life? I do. Unfortunately, I cant express myself in words, although they are written all over my heart.
However, I know that my life will be less breathtaking and fulfilling without these people, who will always remain a part of me and I will never trade anything else for them.
Thanks to Bernard, for being my best pal in life, who never fails to lend me a listening ear whenever I need it.
To Lee Teng, who taught me alot over the years and always giving me appropriate advices.
To Grace, for all the times that we share throughout secondary school.
To John and Kenny, for being my bestest buddies for the past 3 years in Poly, enduring my crappiness and nonsense whole year round.
To the forever adorable Aiai, Baobao and Fen, for bringing laughter to me all this while and for being such endearing sisters.
To Gen, for being such a sweet and lovely friend.
To Serene, for being there whenever I need you and last but not least,
to Kat, for all the memories that I will always remember and for letting me know that giving can actually be more fulfilling than receiving.
