This is a story of a man who fell into a well. For a long time, no one came to rescue him. As time passes by, he gradually got used to it. He thought. "I saw the world at its darkest, so it might be a good thing to see it from another perspective".
One day, he discovered that there was a white thread hanging by the wall leading up to the top. He was skeptical at first, but decided to go for it as he realized that the well, no matter how big it is, can never be as big as the world outside.
He climbed and climbed; hoping to see the faintest sight of daylight. There were times when he thought he saw it, but it disappeared soon after. He didn't want to give up. He was no quitter. But the fact is, he was just hanging there, hanging on a thread without support, climbing aimlessly. He didn't want to harbor too much hope as he knows that higher expectations equates to bigger disappointment. That was when he finally understood. "I might be too heavy for the thread".

A belated Merry Christmas to everyone! It's kinda late to wish you people, but I have been hell busy the past week leading to Christmas. I was on duty on the 19th, then classes on the 20th and I met up with Ailing, Huifen and Gen on 21th afternoon after which I went to Oscars with my colleagues for dinner in the evening.
Oscars.
All the Christmas shopping had left me jaded (not that I bought a lot of presents though) and I had to attend some camp event at Wild Wild Wet the next day, which was rather fun in the morning until it began to pour. I went for a sneak preview of Bernard's new house later that night and we spent the whole night playing games and kicking each other's asses. We slept till 9am on Friday as we wanted to go to the gym for a workout. But unfortunately, the gym was packed. Damn it. So we decided to meet Serene for lunch at Old Airport Road as I had a craving for Wan Ton noodles. It sure didn't disappoint me. After that, I accompanied Bernard to Parkway to buy some stuffs. While we were there, I saw a sweater which I fancied and wanted to buy, but after trying it on, I felt that it didn't suit me and decided against it. Saturday was Bernard's housewarming cum Christmas party at his house. It was quite fun exchanging Christmas presents and I got my fragrance which I wanted so badly! Although my hint was as obvious as hiding an elephant under Kenny's shirt, nevertheless, a big THANK YOU to my dear Serene and Su Pin! Besides that, I also received a unique hanger from Carol and an I-pod Mini pouch from Gen! Not forgetting the only Christmas card I received from Lim Lee! Thanks people! For the blessed Christmas!

I am not good at multi-tasking.
I can only be extremely nice to one person at a time.
And time itself, is a luxury to me.

It has been a while since I updated my blog with more than 3 sentences. Since I am off tomorrow, I shall whine and complain while waiting for the Man U match to start.
I had a bad day at work today as I was quite irritated with some stuffs that could have been avoided with proper planning. I was feeling weary after yesterday's duty and by the time I arrived in school in the evening, I was as good as gone.
We sneaked out halfway through the lesson Shibei then drove me to Bishan after class as she was meeting a friend for dinner. I then met up with Serene for supper before going home.
Anyway, I might be watching
Mega Hairy Chimpanzee King Kong tomorrow. I have been hooked on movies recently and this is going to be another one of my captures after History of Violence and Pride and Prejudice. History of Violence is seriously overrated in my opinion. The so-called violent scenes are just depicting faces of dead people covered in blood while I expect somehow more gruesome, torturous and slower deaths in this highly rated show. Not that I am sadistic, but its just not worth the money. Pride and Prejudice on the other hand, has everything that you would expect of a good show. Although the language is rather literature-ristic, both the storyline and the acting is convincing while the setting is simply fabulous. There is one major setback though. The movie is too draggy, moving at tortoise speed.
Talking about King Kong, I am still pondering whether to watch it as I just splurged on a pink. Yes. Pink Polo-Tee! I do have an alternative. I can always go
HOUGANG TO SEE KENNY FOR FREE and buy the dvd when its out. Hmm..
Last but not least, these photos were taken on Gen's Birthday. Check it out people!

No matter how well you plan,
There are always surprises.
Cherish the moment before it's too late.

Its one of those days..
When I feel like blogging but my mind is all jumbled up. Like a newly bought jigsaw puzzle all over the place. When can I complete my jigsaw puzzle? The past week has been rather depressing. Other than Bernard's and hazel's birthdays (I am still waiting for the photos), everything seemed so depressing. The things I dreamed about and the things I witnessed had left me pondering about myself.
Screw blogging. There are certain boundaries and restrictions you can't cross, such as being too personal or whatever government restrictions fuck shit. Things like "I like her, but I have problems with commitment" or "I am lying if I tell you that I have gotten over her" or "How a certain organization sucks", or "I farted loudly in front of my date" or "Mr White had a problem with Miss Black" and others.
I have just started on a new HK series called "Healing Hands 3", courtesy of Bernard. Not that it helps a lot, seeing all the illnesses and tragedies in that show. Haha.. I want to watch "A History of Violence" as well!
Haiz.. Me and my jigsaw puzzle post... Crap.
